Hair of the Dog is an ongoing series of weekly posts written for the express purpose of alleviating your hangover so you can start your week off right. Some of this stuff might get semi-not work safe though, so be sure to have your good ol’ alt-tab ready if your boss has a bad habit of sneaking up behind you while you’re on MANMOSH.

Post-holiday party hangover bringing you down? We feel ya, and we hope this spotlight on Olivia Munn helps dull the migraine. Ms. Munn recently stopped by the esteemed offices of FHM UK to shoot a cover spread for the January 2012 issue of the lad mag, showing off her enviable curves and shooting the shit about her recent correspondent work on The Daily Show, what she finds attractive about the opposite sex, and of course, alluding to her past G4TV fame, the topic of video game addiction. sweet! let me in! →

We’re fond of Christmas season and all, but the winter chill is certainly something we could do without. Luckily, thanks to the power of the web, we can instantly get the blood flowing and warm up with this stunning photo spread, entitled “Model Behavior”, of model-turned-actress Noot Seear for Foam Magazine. You can almost feel the laid-back Californian sun in all its glory. Shot by Jason Lee Perry, Seear is the epitome of fashion cover star, donning lingerie inspired casualwear with the undeniable grace reserved for that coveted class of models that can strut a runway with the same ease she poses on motorcycles and skateboards with. sweet! let me in! →

As much flak as it has received for its insufferable, rabid tween fanbase, the Twilight film series has, if nothing else, given us some very beautiful people, photographed in beautiful fashion, not the least amongst them Ashley Greene, she who plays that lovely she-vamp character whose relation to the plotline we’re not entirely sure of, probably because 90% of her time she’s just on-screen eye candy. But hey, we’re okay with that, especially when it affords Miss Greene the opportunity to take center stage for magazine cover shoots like the one she recently did for Canadian fashion publication Flare. sweet! let me in! →

Perennial man favorite Scarlett Johansson dons black for the December/January edition of Interview Magazine, proving that dark undertones can be just as hot as the reddest of reds. The cover shoot is accompanied by a candid interview piece with Arianna Huffington (of Huffington Post fame), which delves into, among other things, the 27-year-old bombshell’s recent film work, her political views on the Occupy Wall Street movement, and her philanthropic pursuits with Oxfam in Somalia. Entitled “Why Scarlett Johansson Gives a Damn”, the interview offers a personal and revealing look at the intellect bubbling beneath the actress’s well-endowed curves. Of course, if you’re not in the mood for reading, you can just opt to admire the gorgeous photography, a series of portraits shot by Solve Sundsbo which are equally revealing, albeit in an entirely different way, if you catch our drift.  sweet! let me in! →

Karlie Kloss got her start as a model when she was discovered at a charity fashion show in St. Louis at the age of 13. That was six years ago. Let’s just say she’s come a long, long way since her tween days. Her recent shoot for the October issue of Allure is entitled “Best of Beauty” – supposedly a reference to the cosmetics, clothing, and jewelry she’s showcasing, though we’re more inclined to attach that title to Ms. Kloss herself. sweet! let me in! →

In case you haven’t heard, Michelle Williams has her sights set on an Oscar nom with her turn as Marilyn Monroe in the forthcoming film, My Week with Marilyn. And though the filming’s all finished, as part of the itinerant press tour leading up to the film’s release, Ms. Williams recently sat down in front of famed photographer Annie Leibovitz’s camera to shoot a cover spread for the October edition of Vogue – in character, iconic hairdo and all. Some like it hot, indeed. sweet! let me in! →

If Marion Cotillard’s latest photoshoot for the August 2011 edition of Elle France is any indication, it’s that the French star is suffering from a very severe case of Attractivitis. Alas, it’s probably not nearly as contagious as the global affliction she faces in her latest film, the Steven Soderbergh-helmed Contagion, but we’re just happy that her condition doubles as a cure for our Monday blues. sweet! let me in! →

It might not seem like the seasonal thing to to, what with it being almost Halloween – and winter right around the corner (AKA prime time for brooding vamps and their aching lovers) – and all, but as she recently told GQ UK, Twilight star Kristen Stewart is psyched about saying farewell to the vampire novel-turned-movie-turned-cultural-phenomenon that put her name on the map. sweet! let me in! →

Dutch supermodel Lara Stone gets a lot of flack for her gap-toothed smile and wobbly runway walk, but you wouldn’t know it from the titillating photoshoot she recently did for GQ. sweet! let me in! →
